Eine Studie zeigt, welche Patienten mit gastrischem MALT-Lymphom (Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue) aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach von einer H.-pylori-Eradikation profitieren. Von 34 Patienten hatten 23 ein primäres Magen-Lymphom, das initial reseziert wurde, während elf Patienten mit gastralem MALT-Lymphom initial eine H.-pylori-Eradikationstherapie erhielten. Bei neun der elf MALT-Patienten bildete sich das Lymphom nach der Eradikationstherapie völlig zurück. In zwei Fällen kam es zu einem Lokalrezidiv, einmal zu einem Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom an anderer Stelle. (UB)
